About the Business

XCharge Energy is a manufacturer of DCFC and Smart Grid solutions designed for the North American grid. XCharge manufactures an innovative 208Vac 3P DCFC capable of 95kW output, tapping into a building's existing electrical capacity to deliver significant revenue opportunity. XCharge Energy also manufactures a 480Vac 3P DCFC capable of up to 200kW output for more demanding sites.

XCharge also engages in BESS and Microgrid solutions and is in process of deploying initial hardware of their first-of-its-kind Net Zero Series Charger in North America. The Net Zero Series is a bidirectional energy storage system with integrated DC Fast Charger capable of 210kW output and B2G benefits including grid demand response, emergency energy storage and more.
