BreatheEV delivers DC fast charging (Level 3) infrastructure at retail and commercial properties. BreatheEV offers two business models: one with no cost to the property to add EV Chargers, and the other with the site operated on a revenue-share basis. We act as the single point of contact, managing everything from site design and permitting to construction, operations, and ongoing maintenance.

The site operations remain the same under both models. If a property chooses to have BreatheEV and its partners cover capital expenditures, they would, in return, receive a ground lease. In addition to the new recurring revenue stream, the property would also receive increased foot traffic and a premium amenity that enhances tenant and customer experience. The result is a high-performing charging amenity without operational burden for the on-site management team.
